* Adopting a simple, modest and highly competitive pricing structure with only £10 difference between each band

* Giving discounts for longer stays and repeat stays

* Not hiking prices for public holidays and school holidays

* Incentivising and celebrating doing good at home and overseas via additional nightly discounts

* Donating £2 per night revenue to a local charitable cause of the guests’ choice
